Hello,

I have a problem with my nagios XI server
All my "single" users can't acknowledge events
when they try to do it they have the following message

Sorry, but you are not authorized to commit the specified command.
Read the section of the documentation that deals with authentication and authorization in the CGIs for more information.

I checked the CGI config file

how to solve this problem?

Server:
CentOS 6.2
nagios XI 2011R3.2

With admin right (my case) i can acknowledge events

What boxes are checked at Admin -> Manage Users -> Modify -> Security Settings for the users?

Authorization Level: User
Can see all hosts and services: Not checked
Can (re)configure hosts and services: checked
Can control all hosts and services: checked
Can see/control monitoring engine: checked
Can access advanced features: checked
Has read-only access: Not checked

Is the user in question a contact for the service they are trying to acknowledge?

yes
the contact is member of contact group
Alert settings are linking to this contact group
