Hi Team,
We have a requirement from Client for one of the application log file monitoring.
We want an alert if the log file is not updated from few hours/Minutes, can we trigger an alert from Nagios XI end.

Could you please share steps if this can be achieved using Nagios XI.

I found a plugin on Nagios Exchange that does exactly what you are looking for:

Load the plugin by going to Admin, Manage Plugins.

Then configure the plugin for the file that you want to monitor.
