Email Cool Down Period?

Email Cool Down Period?

Good afternoon Nagios Team,

Is there some way to set a cooldown period for an alert in Log Server? For example: If I have an alert looking for a particular ID in an event log, could I have it check every 30 minutes, but not alert more than once every two hours? If there isn't such a feature, would I be able to add that as a feature request?

I'm trying to prevent our teams from being spammed too often.
