It is not currently customizable, what specifically are you trying to do?

Hi ssax,
We were using this macro to get last 10 alerts and getting all fields on the email.
We wanted to customize it in such a way that we get only few fields and not all fields.

That functionality to do that doesn't currently exist, I've submitted a feature-request to development for this on your behalf:

FR: LS - Alerts - Add the functionality to limit the fields that are displayed in lastalertlog/last10alertlogs/alertlogs email template variables
Please keep in mind that the decision to implement the enhancement is at the discretion of our development team.
