HI,

We have Nagios XI running on our prem and we use it for monitoring different services/servers in infra. i need some help in Using NCPA Monitoring Wizard for Aix Server, after following the instructions from the Nagios KB, i am able to install NCPA Monitoring Wizard in Nagios XI , while installing NCPA agent to Aix server using below , i am unable to see any stats under API

AIX 7.x x86_64
rpm -Uvh https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/ncp ... .1.ppc.rpm
rpm package: ncpa-latest.aix7.1.ppc.rpm
On Aix server after moving the RPM package To /tmp
# rpm -ivh /tmp/ncpa-latest.aix7.1.ppc.rpm
Preparing... ################################# [100%]
Updating / installing...
1:ncpa-2.2.1-1 ################################# [100%]

to verify NCPA installed - https://172.20.4.114:5693/login
token- mytoken can be taken from cfg file

I am able to Verify the agent while logon to Gui https://172.20.4.114:5693/login however i do not see any data under API tab and therefore nothing is shown in the Stats for CPU , Memory or other components. which makes most of the services disappear after Aix host in added in Nagios for monitoring purpose
I checked ncpa_listener, ncpa_Passive both are active and running, i also restarted them but no luck in getting the data.

if anyone have encountered similar issue, please give your inputs !!
