Hi,
I have one admin user who can no longer see the map on their XI instance from his Windows 7 PC where he used to be able to, either balloon or tree. He's tried with IE8 and Firefox. Oddly, he can see the map on my XI instance and can on any other PC he logs onto. Everyone else can see the map on their instance. It's XI 2011R2.4 on CentOS 5.8 64 bit. Any clue how to chase that down?

Wow, that is strange. I guess I would try deleting the browser cache, or possibly look into if this PC has some software (maybe virus protection software) that is blocking activity...

Just to make sure it's not a browser issue, right-click in the frame and select reload/refresh and make sure that the browser isn't still caching an old javascript file.

I tried deleting all IE settings/files, still the same issue.
I have even tried it from a clean install with Windows 8 RTM and have the same issue.
How can I check which javascript file it uses pls ?

DennisPR,
Is you issue the same as the original poster where one user cannot see the map but all other users can?

Re-tested this with 2012R2.3 and everything works fine now
