NAGVIS / Error: Authentication failed.

Hello. I'm having trouble accessing the map view through Nagvis. When I login with the administrator account and another one I get the message "Error: Authentication failed." Does anyone know how to retrieve the password or check a log that shows me details of the Nagvis problem. Nagios XI version 5.8.7
