I have renewed my key usung "reset maintenance status for Nagios XI systems that were once online but moved offline.

performance graphs are not showing the graphs like it used to .

is it a known problem ?

Thanks for reaching out, want to get a System Profile from you so we can see what is going on.

To send us your system profile.

• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and send via Private Message
