log4j and Nagios agents.

Post by yo_marc »

I see that folks have already created log4j threads regarding Nagios XI.

Can anyone from Nagios Support provide input as to whether any of the 'agents' are affected by the log4j vuln?
(nrpe, nsca, nsclient, etc. etc.)

Thank you!

We have updated our company blog with important information on this issue.

We recommend reviewing your systems for any java based integrations or other software that may utilize this package, this program is not directly integrated with nrpe or nsca.

NSClient is not developed by Nagios Enterprises and I would check their website for more information.

Benjamin
