Service and host dependancies

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way to setup a host and it's services to be dependent on a service of another host.
An example would be that if service "emergency Stop" is activated on host 1, Host 2 and 3 and all their services would become state "unreachable" and thus not alarm.
We are running nagios core 4.1.1.
