Alert Question...

Ok, I finally got SNMP Traps working and understand how to change the test, etc.....
Now the alerts, the SNMP Trap service has an alert setting "Contacts" with just my personal e-mail under that contact. No contact group.
But The Host has a "Contact Group" setup, and when I trigger a test Trap the group gets the e-mail, not just myself.....
Does the Host settings override the service settings.?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What I am trying to do is when I cycle the SNMP service on a windows server I get 3 traps that come thru, I set the "SNMP Coldstart" as Critical to send out an alert. the others are link up traps and are normal. So what happens I get a critical Trap and a e-mail, then I get a "recovery" e-mail right away because of the other 2 normal link-up traps. This is the way I want it, just to notify me if that the SNMP service was restarted... But I don't want the Recovery alerts e-mails.
But since the host has a contact group set, if turn off the recovery e-mails for that group it will turn off for all the services.???? How is the best way to set this up? So the service will have its own set of contacts...
Thanks for the help.
Mike
