Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to create multiple users which have privileges to see the specific alerts in Nagios?

Hi Albert,
Welcome to the Nagios Community Forum! Glad to have you here.
The web interface is in Nagios Core is not really developed as a multi-user interface. I would check out
Nagios XI for that kind of functionality.
That said, we do have some online information if you'd like to limit what certain users can see.
