Anyone can help to troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks for reaching out, want to start by running through the following and then send over the System Profile so we can see what is going on.

• Code: Select all

  service nagios stop

• Code: Select all

  killall -9 nagios && pkill nagios  #depending on distro

• Code: Select all

  /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reconfigure_nagios.sh

• Code: Select all

  service nagios start

Please PM your updated system profile. To send us your system profile. [list]
• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and send via Private Message

After running the reconfiguration script file, Nagios monitoring engine revert normal now. I will keep it monitor. Thanks Perry.
