I have following problem: I am not able to login as root in the PuTTY.

Question: Possible to reset the password? How/Where can i reset the password?

Thanks for reaching out; it sounds like you are having issues with the login to your Linux server os via ssh using Putty. The 'root' user account you refer to is associated with the Linux operating system and not directly with the Nagios Application user login account(s).
