Team,

We are using Nagios XI (5.8.4) and integrated with service now to create auto incidents for Nagios alerts .
Recently , we got multiple critical alerts for different servers with error (CHECK_NRPE: Error - Could not connect to **.**.**.**: Connection reset by peer) and respective auto incidents were raised by Service Now . After sometime alerts got resolved , but auto incidents were not closed as expected. Please suggest the possible causes for this.
