Hi,

I have noticed, every time I configure a manual service, the quick action link stop working, I am unable to either 'Disable notification' or 'schedule immediate check, please see attached screen shot. What can I do to get around this, I have a lot of services have been manually configured through CCM.

Can you send a screenshot of your Admin->XI System Component status dashlet?

Hmm, can you run the following:

Code: Select all

tail -f /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/cmdsubsys.log
and then try enabling / disabling notifications again and see if there's any clues in that log?

Can I have you run the fixing global permissions script to see if this resolves the issue
http://library.nagios.com/library/produ ... -nagios-xi

Are you logged in as a user that has these privileges?

Yeah, I am logged with a user that has admin rights, I am able to perform these action for any services configured through wizards, but not anything configured through CCM

Can you go to Configure -> CCM -> Services and click the disk icon for download next to one of these items so we can see the config you have setup.
