Hi Team,

We need to configure the field network devices in Nagios which are communicating through wireless SIM IP addresses with multiple port numbers.

A single Wireless 4G modem connected with multiple devices physically. And, all the devices use the same SIM IP address to communicate with the central systems but a different port number.

Can you suggest any plugins on this?

I have seen plugins for multiple hosts with the same port. but this is in reverse.

Do you have any method to make the end devices run/send the checks to the XI server ala passive checks/NCPA agent sending passives instead of the XI server reaching out? That way only the hostname/servicename would be required to match for XI to process the results.
