NCPA always showing 100% CPU usage on linux machine. I tried to restart ncpa service but still it showing 100% CPU while on the server actually CPU is not high.

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_ncpa.py -H 0.0.0.0 -t 'Linux-tamusa' -P 5693 -M cpu/percent -w 80 -c 90 -q 'aggregate=avg'
CRITICAL: Percent was 100.00 % | 'percent'=100.00%;80;90;

any suggestion on this?
