good day,

have presently an urgent problem: As we want to interrupt and update for the NAGIOS XI we have done an restart of the server.

Anyway, after new start of the NAGIOS XI there is shown now always this errormessage - see screenshot:

SQL Error [ndoutils] : Incorrect file format 'nagios_servicestatus'

Furthermore: Before doing the planned upgrade, have make an backup of course.
Question: How we can execute this backup (as not so familar with this).

A quick help/advise would be very much appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out let's run through the database repair.
Then restart the services by bouncing:
[systemctl restart mysqld nagios[/code]

To send us your system profile.

• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket
