Hi @Nagios support,

We have a windows device in which all other Disks,FS are up in the tool except one in which we have this error.
"UNKNOWN: An error occured connecting to API. (HTTP error: 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR) on Disk Usage

Please assist on it

Thanks for reaching out, please run through the api results on the ncpa check

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_ncpa.py -H <yourhostaddresshere> -t '<yourtokenhere>' -P 5693 --list

or

https://yourhostaddresshere:5693/gui/api

Let us know the results you find from the api disk listed from the NCPA.
