Error when Verifying files

Hi All,
We are getting below attached error when we are verifying the files in our Nagios XI.Could you please help me on the same.What steps can be taken to clear this error.

To generate a system profile:
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" (Top) -> "System Profile" Menu (Left)
Click the "Download Profile" button
