Nagios Notification

Hello
is the first time I use Nagios Core on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 yesterday I can configure Nagios, but I cannot configure Email Notification could you help me o guidance about it
The error is no email is sent, I configure Postfix with gmail.com and then with office365 without success results
