Customizing Notification Email Content

I am using Nagios Core 4.1.1. The current email alert is like this:
Subject is
We have a new ticketing system, in which we need to parse the email content. Hence, I need something like this below:
Subject is
Body is** PROBLEM Service Alert: SERVERNAME/D:\ Drive Space is WARNING **
***** Nagios *****
Notification Type: PROBLEM
Service: D:\ Drive Space
Host: SERVERNAME
Address: IP ADDRESS
State: WARNING
Date/Time: Mon Nov 14 00:08:31 IST 2022
Additional Info:
