Lost username

Hi, the fella that handles XI when I'm not around forgot his username. Is there any way to retrieve it?

Log in as nagiosadmin and check users.
If the nagiosadmin password is lost, reset it.
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_nagiosadmin_password.php --password=<newpassword>

its ther a way to recover the password of the root user in the virtual machine on nagios XI?

Have you changed the root password of the virtual machine? To reset that may mean booting into recovery mode and following a slew of steps. This is all dependent on what you're running. Can you provide more detailed information?
