NCPA crash on Windows 2012

Hi,

NCPA regularly stops working on Windows 2012 in my organization. I have attached the logs, is there any solution to this problem?

ConsentKey=APPCRASH
AppName=Nagios Cross-Platform Agent
AppPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Nagios\NCPA\ncpa_listener.exe

When this happens, does the ncpa_listener service restart on it's own or do you have to start it?

Unfortunately no, it is crashed and the nagios shows communication error until ncpa is manually restarted.

no one has an answer, where are the engineers from Nagios?

Is there any way to submit a support request outside of this forum?
