NCPA "Incorrect Credentials" and 403 Error.

Post by mkh »

Got an error I can't quite explain what is happening, or how to correct what is wrong.
I have working commands which tests services, disk sizes, etc on Windows and Linux platforms. They are all using NCPA to connect, and I'm using standard ports and a token. All seems fine.
If I access one of those commands in Core Config and Run the Check Command and supply an IP of the target, it returns "CRITICAL: Incorrect credentials given". The token is correct. It does have special characters in the token, but they are escaped.
If I take the command and run it from the command line on the XI box (Red Hat) as the nagios account, I get "UNKNOWN: An error occurred connecting to API. (Connection error: 'Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')".
Can anyone explain what's going on here, as the scheduled check command is working?
Thanks
