Bulk Modification to deploy service on many host not working

I was using Bulk modification tool to deploy a service on different host. It was working before but not working anymore. It is not throwing any error but no changes are made to activate the changes.

Did you start noticing this behavior after updating your system and if so which version number were you on before and which did you upgrade to? I believe this issue may have been fixed already however with more information I can confirm if its the same issue.
