Nagios XI 6 release date

When is the official annoucement coming about Nagios XI 6? Were prepping future upgrades and need to know when XI 6 will be ready. We also need full PHP 8 support as well as we arent able to continue to support PHP 7 which I hope PHP 8 is going to be rolled into xi 6 support. Is there a link or info we can get info on this?

Good question. It's very silent on the Nagios side for some time now..

Hi itunixops,
It is no longer called XI 6, currently our latest release is 2024R1.0.1, which does support PHP 8.1.
For users who want access to php 8 we recommend that they migrate to a distro that has this PHP. The process for upgrading to php can have issues and users may not all follow the same steps, which can create unforeseen issues.
