I have a problem with the alert email that was not received it. but I could test send out it's worked, any idea to debug this problem? I have tested with Sendmail and SMTP it's worked.

What do you see on the notifications page when you expect to get email?

Sorry for my mistake all settings are working and the email alert was sent it's ok. I have an issue with the license was not activated.
