Ok,
I just found this issue yesterday with our Windows teams. The Windows Server wizard shows a ton of great monitoring options that we can't do with our old system. The problem is that when you select the options using the wizard, it doesn't add some of the services you select.

The services that work are in the "Server Metrics" category of the page. When I select any of the services in the Processes or Services categories, it doesn't configure them at all.

There is known bug in version 1.2C that created some problems with the Windows and Switch wizards, I suggest upgrading to 1.2D, it should fix these issues.
