Is it possible to know what Enterprise features been used in the NagiosXI?!

Are you talking about what features Enterprise edition has? If that's what you're talking about then they have a comparison of Standard vs. Enterprise.

Thanks for reply but that's not what I mean.
We use NagiosXI Enterprise to monitor a lot devices for several years, but lately we deleted some of them for no more needed, if the rest of monitors no more includ Enterprise feature then can be downgrade to NagiosXI Standard, but first we have to verify if there still Enterprise feature being used or not?!

Enterprise features are usually features in the UI, not related to monitoring. Monitoring is checking status of things on hosts in the network.
Since you have XI you might ask nagios if you can temporarily downgrade a nagios host to play with it and see what features aren't there. Or create a VM install nagios and play with that.
