NRDP on RHEL 8

I'm moving our current nagios installation from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8. I've got everything working for nagios, but I can't get NRDP to work. It has the same configuration on both servers.
I'm just using the gui at https://<url>/nrdp. I see in the apache files that there is no problem with the request, it goes through SSL and that it creates a file in the checkresults directory. However I do not see that reflected in nagios.
Is there something different with NRDP on RHEL 8 vs RHEL 7?
