Hello,

We installed Nagios XI and entered the license info from the the 'License Information' page and successfully activated it. It seems that we forgot to enter the enterprise key but now when we go back to the 'License Information' page it just comes up with a blank page. Anyone had this issue before?

Hey @EdH, thanks for reaching out.

I know its been a bit since this was posted but are you still having this issue? If so could you check your php logs and get back with the php error/s that is happening when you view this page. The logs should be located in /var/log/ (i.e. /var/log/php-fpm/www-error.log on centos distro's).

I encountered the same issue where after successfully activating Nagios XI and trying to access the 'License Information' page again,contexto it simply displayed a blank page.
