Is it possible to clean the database via the GUI? It says that everything can be kept for a maximum of 700 days, but I still see log files from 2020 and 2019.

Or is there a command to remove anything older than two years?

You mention the DB and log files. I'm not sure what you want to clean up in the DB, but for old log files, delete them. You can also look into the logrotate setup to see why they aren't being removed by logrotate.
