Cisco device services monitoring | correct way to do in Nagios XI

Post by gdep.abhi »

I am new Nagios XI. Never have tool experience.
I want to add my cisco ASA /switches / SDWAN boxes in Nagios XI via GUI.
I have already added necessary config at network devices like SNMP/community etc. And also added them to Nagios using SNMP wizard under the network tab. Hence I can see them as host in Nagios XI.
My Question is:
1. I want to monitor different services of these network equipment. Like
Hardware (power/fan/stack ) cpu, memory
2. More importantly I want to monitor the interface bandwidth with correct name as ge-0/0/1 etc.

I am not able to figure it out how to add these services. What OID I should use. Can someone help me good link or youtue video or may here in forum

Thanks in advance

You could read the cisco mibs and find the oids, or go to exchange.nagios.org and look for plugins.
