Hi,

Please help to guide me how can I schedule recurrent downtime for my servers with different conditions below.

1. Every 20st of every month from 14:00 to 16:00 UTC
2. Every Sunday in the last week of every month from 12:00 to 17:00 UTC
3. Every Sunday in the 3rd week of every month from 05:00 to 06:00 UTC
4. Every Saturday in the last week of every month from 15:00 to 19:00 UTC

I have seeen Recurring Downtime menu in my Nagios XI but not sure how to enter for those details.

Setting up this particular Recurring Downtime Schedule via the Web interface will be nearly impossible. With the way it is setup right now, you can select only valid "weekdays" and/or "days of the month". It is not easy to select "every Sunday in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or last week of every month". For example, for "every Sunday in the 1st week of every month", you could try:

Valid Weekdays: Sun
Valid Days of Month: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

However, I don't think it will work for "every Sunday in the last week of every month". Your best bet would be to create a custom script (cron job) and submit it via external commands.

If I want to schedule downtime on every 20st of every month what could be the value for Valid Weekdays and Valid Days of Month.

If you just want the 20th, you can check all of the days of the week because BOTH must match for the schedule to happen
