nagios log server trial license??????

I've installed nagios log server trial ova.
I'm stuck on Final Installation Steps.
Free 30 day trial is checked off, but it won't let me proceed.
It says, "Please fill out the entire form"
How do I get around this??

I tried to reproduce this by installing the NLS OVA and using a free trial, but it seemed to work for me. Is it possible you're not completing the form fields correctly? Did you include an email and password or try different ones?

Is this the correct ova? nagioslogserver-2.1.15-64.ova

The unhelpful error message is caused when the Email field is not filled out.
I will create an Issue to get a more helpful error message.
