UUID-TC-MIB

I uploaded a MIB for VMware VeloCloud router and when I click on SNMP walk within Nagios, it gives the following error. I'm not sure where to find the UUID-TC-MIB. Everywhere I have search online does not give me any info on this MIB. Does anyone know where I can find this MIB?

MIB search path: $HOME/.snmp/mibs:/usr/share/snmp/mibs
Cannot find module (UUID-TC-MIB): At line 33 in /usr/share/snmp/mibs/VELOCLOUD-EDGE-MIB.txt
Did not find 'UUID' in module #-1 (/usr/share/snmp/mibs/VELOCLOUD-EDGE-MIB.txt)

A searcg of the mib shows a few places to download it. Try google.
