New Install Successful, but no web interface at URL

I just installed XI as root, using the curl script, which ran successfully, no error reported. I was directed to http://128.61.254.53/nagiosxi/, but get a message that site cannot be found. I've cycled nagios, httpd, and mariadb, and all are running. What do I need to check next?

ran a reinstallation found this that I overlooked before...warning rather than failure, but again, install completed successfully.
