Nagios XI inter Service now

Im trying to integrate Nagios XI with ServiceNow, currently im would like to check if nagios xi can capture incident sys_id as acknowledgment
Could you explain what you mean as capturing it as an acknowledgement? I don't believe that we have preset plugins for this so you would need to make your own in order to do this, or you can check the exchange to see if there is something similar.
