License limits

Post by krlinus »

Hi

I happened to change the hardware a few times when troubleshooting some issue. Now after I solved everything I am having this new issue thrown at me:

You have exceeded your license limits. Upgrade your license to access this feature and obtain support services

I am on the free license. I think that Nagios may be mistakenly counting the discarded installations. How can I get it to reset and allow me to use the free version?

The free license only allows you to monitor seven hosts. Do you have more than that configured?

The free license limits the number of servers, you need to upgrade your license to access more features.
