Nagios Log Server doesn't configure an SSL certificate out of the box. I'd suggest following the same or similar procedure to what you used to get the certificate signed in the first place. It may be an external certificate authority, or one internal to your company. You should be able to see which it is by examining the certificate properties from your web browser. Usually that information can be found under the key or similar icon at the left end of the address entry bar. For example, in Chrome click the icon, click the connection is secure (it may show insecure if the certificate is expired), and then certificate is valid (or again invalid if it has expired). The CA information can be found in the "issued by" section of that information.

Hope this helps.
