linux implementation of wmic eg from zenoss?

on a recently restored server, I am getting this error.
I know I must be missing this plugin but can someone tell me how to reinstall it?

man..... I actually had that document , Like a dummy I thought it meant installing wmi on a remote client... so I was like" I dont need that...

It worked sorta now my error has changed to:
This Mode is no longer used as it was proven to be inaccurate. Automatically using -m checkpage instead
and/or :
. UNKNOWN - The WMI query had problems. The error text from wmic is: [wmi/wmic.c:196:main()] ERROR: Login to remote object.

Is the Windows username and password an Administrator? If not, that user must be given access to the appropriate WMI namespaces.

Take a look at this document which describes how to create a user with WMI access, as well as other Windows settings:

no it isnt. just fount out that this is one of our "troubled" systems. you can close the post. thanks guys.
