- When i delete a Host in Nagios Core, Hosts.cfg, services.cfg and i the database with mysqladmin the host monitors after a few time again, but the host ist not in the Database.

What is the Wizard that you are using? Can you describe in details the steps that you took before you got the "Database Write TimeOut" message? Any screenshots?
- When i delete a Host in Nagios Core, Hosts.cfg, services.cfg and i the database with mysqladmin the host monitors after a few time again, but the host ist not in the Database.
Please, review this document. This is how you are supposed to manage host and services in Nagios XI. Deleting config files manually is not a good idea.
- when i edit a service in Nagios Core the changes were not applied
When you say: "Nagios Core", do you mean: "Nagios Core" or Nagios Core Config Manager"?
- where can ssh credentials be set
Can you elaborate on this? What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

It is likely due to php max_execution_time and memory_limit. Here is some instructions on how to fix this situation

There are a few "ssh" wizards. Which one are you using? Can you show a screenshot? Download link?
