I can't seem to figure out how to add a hostgroup to my BPI view. Does it only work on Nagios 2012? I have installed it on 2011R1.9.

I have attached a screenshot of my Hostgroups tab. It seems to differ from the one in the tutorial.

Yeah, just a few weeks ago I added the code that is 2012 specific. Looks like that is a bug that exists if 2012 features are not enabled.

What is the expected release date for NagiosXI 2012?

Nagios XI 2012 is to be released in the near future.

Our internal goals target the 2012 release to be ready sometime in the next 4-6 weeks. We're preparing the beta as we speak for private testing, and after that period we'll make the public release.
