How to monitor Unix Log Message?!

There are some Unix Servers, is there any way using NagiosXI monitor Unix Log Message if not install agent into those Servers? (because those servers not allowed to install agent)

You would need to monitor them using ssh

Then either make or find an appropriate plugin on the
exchange
