Serivce Checks have a Negative Duration

I've had to restart the Nagios server and repair the database because of corruption.

Now, my service checks have a negative duration. Any ideas on where to start with this?

Are the system time and the php time in sync? Go to Admin->System Profile and check it out.

You can also refer to this post. It's regarding a different issue but it may help in your case.

Are the times synced now in Admin->System Profile ?

If not you may also need to update the server timezone and time, instructions in this post

No effect. Still have negative durations.

A little backstory: My / (root) ran out of space this morning, I had to extend the virtual disk in VMWare and then extend the volume group using LVM. Then I had to repair the mysql database because of corruption errors in the logs.
