Monitor NAS/SAN Storage using Nagios XI

Hello Experts,
I am using "Nagios Core" since 4 years & happy to have it. Currently, Nagios XI Limited edition has been implemented for testing purpose & I would like to monitor below things using Nagios XI
1) Monitor NAS/SAN Storage, which doesn't contain any type of OS. Main tasks include,
* To monitor "temperature" of NAS/SAN Storage.
* To monitor total available LUNs (Logical Unit Numbers) of NAS/SAN Storage.
* To monitor all configured RAID arrays of NAS/SAN Storage.
* Total used & available space of NAS/SAN Storage.
2) Monitor "failure of single "physical memory module". For Example, IBM Power Server is having total 32 GB of Physical RAM. More descrpptively, 8 GB RAM Module x 4 physical memory slots.
Now, If 3rd physical memory module crash, Server's work don't affect but "Nagios Server" should generate alert.
Is it possible to justify both above critical tasks? If anyone is having solution, kindly share it with me.
Advanced Thanks,
