How to setup SMS notification?

One of our client is a Hospital, they own a SMS System for themselves, how do I setup NagiosXI SMS notification with their SMS System?
I refer this document but don't know what steps should I do? (

Is the system they have a MultiTech ?

I think they don't have that, besides,the iSMS GSM Modem seems only support US/CA/Euro area.
if the System Manufacturer offer an API, it still need to be modified, we don't have software engineer to do that.
so, the last method is using "Email to SMS" ?!

this would be correct, I would recommend using email to SMS which is built in to XI.
