LDAP authentication is not working
Local Admin password login is not working
Also unable to reset the local password.
Please suggest the fix with steps.

Can you advise which version of Nagios Log Server you are running? And also which Linux distro and version you are on? We have a troubleshooting guide for LDAP authentication issues, however depending on your Linux version you may need to wait for the impending bug fix release which has a correction to allow troubleshooting to work on Linux distros running php-fpm.
